Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic prize draw terms and conditions

The promoter is: Eventim UK Ltd – company number 6804119 – whose registered office is at Hays Galleria, 1 Hays Lane, London, SE1 2RD.

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Eventim UK and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition.
3.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4.
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6.
Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm on 28 July 2019. After this time, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7.
Eventim UK shall not be responsible for entries not received for any reason – including, but not limited to, technical errors and internet connection issues.

Enter the competition by completing the online form and answering the prize draw question.
9.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

a.
The prize is as follows: one (1) VIP family ticket for a performance of Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic, on a date of the winner’s choice (subject to availability). A VIP family ticket consists of four (4) tickets; a maximum of two (2) adult tickets, plus up to two (2) child tickets that include a ride in part of the show. There will be ten (10) prize draw winners.
b.
Prize tickets will be valid for the date and time shown in the notification email sent to each winner. Winners agree to attend the performance allocated to them in their chosen venue.
c.
Prize tickets are subject to availability, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and do not apply to tickets already booked. Accompanying paid tickets cannot be guaranteed to be seated together with the winner seats and will incur a service charge per ticket and a processing fee.
d.
Only 2 children from the winning family will be able to ride in the cart. They will be accompanied by 2 other children from another winning family. A maximum of 4 children can ride in the cart. Children participating in the show must be aged 5-11 years old and will not be required to skate on the ice. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
e.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. You may not sell or transfer (or facilitate the sale or transfer of) the prize for profit or commercial gain, offer the prize as an incentive / prize in a promotion or competition, or otherwise dispose of the prize in the course of a business.
f.
Any associated arrangements and costs incurred are not included. This includes any necessary travel arrangements (including parking) and accommodation.
g.
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
h.
If the event is cancelled we will use our reasonable endeavours to allocate alternative tickets, but this will be subject to availability.
12.
The winner will be chosen at random by Eventim UK from the entries with the correct answer to the prize draw question.
13.
The winner will be notified via email within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14.
The promoter will notify the winner of when and how the prize will be delivered.
15.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
17.
The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, in compliance with the GDPR data protection laws. Personal data will only be shared with third parties for the purpose of prize fulfilment. Other than this, personal data will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
