1.The promoter is: Eventim UK Ltd – company number 6804119 – whose registered office is at 1 Chamberlain Square Cs, Birmingham, B3 3AX 

2. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Eventim UK and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of this competition. If you’re under 18, please ask for a parent or guardian’s permission to enter. 

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. 

4. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

5. To enter the competition, you must complete the competition form with the following information via our email and social channels: 

• Customer First name & last name 
• Customer email address 

6. Eventim UK shall not be responsible for entries not received for any reason – including, but not limited to, technical errors and internet connection issues.  

7. Closing date for entry will be 11.59pm on Friday 11 October 2024.  After this time, no further entries to the competition will be counted.  

8. Prize Details: The prize consists of four (4) tickets to Formula 1: The Exhibition at the ExCeL Centre, London, UK, along with a complimentary stay at a The Holiday Inn Express. The date of the exhibition visit will be agreed upon with the competition winner, subject to availability as determined by Formula 1: The Exhibition and The Holiday Inn Express. There will be one (1) prize draw winner who will receive four (4) tickets to the event at the ExCeL Centre, London, as well as The Holiday Inn Express stay. 

9. Eventim UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible. 

10. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes may not be sold, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition, contest offer or promotion by a prize winner.  

 
Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

11. The winner will be chosen at random by Eventim UK. 

12. The winner will be notified via email within an acceptable amount of time. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within two (2) days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

13. Eventim UK or FKPE Scorpio will notify the winner of when and how the prize will be delivered. 

14. Eventim UK’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

16. The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. 

17. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation, in compliance with the GDPR data protection laws, and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
