Accessibility

How do i book a ticket for my Companion/PA?

Guests who require assistance throughout the exhibition are eligible for a complimentary Companion ticket. Companions will be granted free admission on arrival (no ticket purchase is needed in advance).

If you require the assistance of a Companion/PA, we ask that you provide one of the following forms of documentation, to be shown on entry. This will act as evidence of your requirements. Without this documentation we will be unable to provide a complimentary Companion/PA ticket.

Accepted forms of documentation include:

• Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP) documentation.
• Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
• CredAbility Access Card with a “+1” category requirement.
• A recognized Assistance Dog ID card.

Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid entry ticket. If the visitor is a child, to obtain a free Companion or PA ticket, there must be at least one full-priced General Admission ticket in the group.

Can I book a companion ticket alongside the Obsidian Package Ticket?

A Companion Standard Ticket is available alongside all our ticket types. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a Companion Obsidian Package Ticket due to the number of additional inclusions it has. Companions will be granted free admission on arrival (no ticket purchase is needed in advance), provided accepted forms of documentation are presented on the door (See FAQ: ‘How do I book a ticket for my Companion/PA?

Is there step free access to the venue?                                                                                            Corner Corner provides step-free access at both of its entrances. The nearest tube station is Canada Water and this is also a step-free station.                                         

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?                                                                                                Yes, both Corner Corner and Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue are fully wheelchair accessible.

Where are the accessible toilets?

The exhibition is all on one level and accessible toilets can be found inside.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes, assistance dogs are welcome, including those from ADUK, accredited training companies, and owner-trained dogs. Proof of training is required. Please be aware that if the dog’s behaviour does not meet the required standards, entry may be denied.

To bring an assistance dog, please contact accessibility@fkpscorpio.co.uk in advance.

According to the Equality and Human Rights Commission, assistance dogs are highly trained to:

• Stay with their owner and not wander freely.
• Sit or lie quietly on the floor next to their owner.
• Avoid fouling in public areas.

All assistance dogs must remain on a lead at all times.

Are there any SEND sessions?

Is the exhibition accessible for deaf people?                                                                                 The exhibition is mostly visual, so it can be accessible for deaf people. For more information please email accessibility@fkpscorpio.co.uk

         
Is the exhibition accessible for blind people?                                                                              Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is mostly visual, so is unfortunately not suitable for individuals with visual impairments.                                                                                                                                                                       

How physically demanding is Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue?                                     Much like the game, Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is intended for all types of guests to enjoy. It is considered a physical experience designed to fully immerse you in the Minecraft world through physical engagement.

In addition to walking, the experience can include jumping, reaching up high and down low, throwing objects, and more. However, each guest can participate as much or as little as they like. Those who can’t sit still will be happy to dig into the exploration, and those who would rather watch can enjoy being a spectator.

Are there loud sounds or bright lighting effects?                                                                          Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue contains moments in the dark, loud noises, and immersive moving projections that could make some people feel dizzy or lightheaded. Guests with sensory sensitivity may wish to bring sunglasses or earplugs for personal comfort.

What is Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue?
Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is an epic interactive experience where the most popular elements of Minecraft are brought to life before your eyes!

Journey through the world of Minecraft where you will explore iconic biomes and dimensions, interact with mobs, and use your wits and creativity to save the villagers from a grim fate.

Is the exhibition suitable for children?

 The experience is accessible to all ages. Parental discretion is advised when deciding if the experience will be suitable for your child.

Is there a lost and found contact?

If you misplace something within the experience, please alert a member of staff and they will try to help you retrieve your belongings. If you have left Corner Corner and need to contact the on-site team, please do so by emailing minecraft@fkpscorpio.co.uk                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?                                         The experience is an interactive activity.                                                                                                       

Is there air conditioning?                                                                                                                    Yes, there is air conditioning and heating as required.                                                                                                                                                      

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?                              

The exhibition is held in an indoor venue.

What language will the experience be in?
The audio for the experience is in English only. Written content is also in English.

Will food and drink be available on-site for purchase?                                                                  There are a selection of retail units in Corner Corner provided by Kerb Food offering a diverse range of food and drinks.

Please note that food and drink cannot be consumed within the experience itself.

Are there vegan or gluten-free options available?                                                                        Kerb Food offer a variety of food options including vegan and gluten-free catering options.

Can I bring food and drink into the exhibition?                                                                                No food and drink are allowed to be consumed inside the experience. If you need to bring specific food or medicine due to a pre-existing medical condition then please supply the relevant supporting medical evidence.          
 
Is there a gift shop?
Yes, we have a gift shop inside the venue which accepts card payments only.                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Will there be strobe lights?

Yes, strobe lighting will be used during the exhibition, which may affect customers who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy.                                                                                                                                                                                                            

What are your opening hours?

Please check our website for opening times. Minecraft Experience is open daily from 9am. Entry closes 15 minutes after the final timeslot begins.
 
How long is the experience?
Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue takes approximately 45 minutes to complete.
 
I've never played Minecraft before. Will I still enjoy the experience?
Absolutely! Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is fun for everyone. Even if you’ve never played Minecraft, you’ll still have a blast interacting with its unique characters and immersing yourself in its surprising worlds.
 
Is the experience appropriate for all ages?
Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue is safe for children of all ages, however, the experience is designed for children aged 7 and up to fully participate.

Like the game, some parts of the experience may be a little dark and spooky, but there is no explicit language, graphic violence or gore whatsoever, nor are there jump-scares. For reference, the original video game has a recommended PEGI rating of 7 and an ESRB rating of Everyone 10+.

Anyone 15 years and under must be accompanied by at least one ticket purchaser who is 18+ to enter the exhibition. Children ages 2 and under do not need a ticket to enter.

Please note, we are not able to accommodate strollers inside the experience. Any children unable to walk must be carried by their caregivers.                                                                                                                                                                                                          
Can I take photos/videos?

Feel free to take pictures and videos to share with your friends and family, and on social media. Make sure to tag us at #minecraftexperience.

Please be sure to keep your flash off. We want you to be happy with the memories you capture.Flash photography and video lighting can result in washed out photos.

Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Experience Mod LLC. If your camera or video gear appears to be professional, you may be asked to take your gear out of the experience.

                                                                                                                                                       
How should I dress for the experience?                                                                                           You do you. We love to see Minecraft related gear and other clothing that looks good in photos. Pull out your cape if you have one! We also encourage comfortable shoes and clothing so you can walk and stand for a long period of time.

Where can I buy merchandise?

The Minecraft Experience onsite store offers a wide variety of apparel and merchandise for purchase.

About Access To The Event

Can I bring a bag?

No bags larger than A4 are allowed within the experience.

Backpacks and large bags will not be allowed inside the experience.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

The premises offers very limited space for guests arriving early to wait. Therefore, please try to arrive on time, max. 5 minutes before the start of your booked slot.

What if the weather is bad?

The weather will not impact the experience as it is indoors.

The outside queuing area is under cover. We always aim to limit and reduce queuing outside the entrance. In the event of inclement weather, our team will work to ensure any queuing outside is minimized as much as possible.

What is prohibited at the exhibition?

Food and beverages, flash photography, prams and buggies, alcohol, smoking, vaping, umbrellas and anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Is this a child-friendly environment?

The experience is a child-friendly environment. For more information please refer to the answer to: Is Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue appropriate for all ages?

Can I smoke or vape?

No. Smoking on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Are prams/buggies allowed?

Prams and buggies are not allowed to be brought into the experience. To avoid disappointment, we kindly ask where possible for prams and buggies to be left at home.

Are there toilets?

Yes. Toilets are available inside the experience.

Where are the baby changing facilities?

There are baby changing facilities in the accessible toilet inside the venue.

What happens if I arrive late?

If you are late or experience any travel issues, please speak to one of our on site team upon arrival and they will try and accommodate your booking at the next available slot. This is not guaranteed.

Can I bring animals?

The exhibition is not suitable for animals.

How much are tickets?

Ticket prices vary by date and time. 0-2 years go free (no ticket purchase necessary). Prices start from £20 per Child (3-15 years), £24 for General Admission (16+) and £54.00 for the ‘Obsidian Package.’

What is included in The Obsidian Package?

The Obsidian Package offers entry plus limited edition merchandise to our fans. The Obsidian Package is priced at one rate but varies depending on what time session you purchase. Prices start from £54.00.

The Obsidian Package will include the following elements:

Do I need to print my ticket?

If you purchase through Eventim, your ticket(s) will be delivered either in the Eventim app or/and emailed to you.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?

If you purchased via Eventim, you will have received your tickets via email or through their app. Any issues with your tickets, please contact the ticket outlet directly.

Can I purchase a ticket at the door?

Yes, you can buy a ticket via card payment on the door. However this is subject to availability, so we advise to book in advance where possible, particularly on a Saturday/Sunday.

Do parents bringing their children also need a ticket?

Yes. You will need to have a valid ticket.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person for free. Any queries relating to your ticket(s) should be directed at the ticket outlet you booked through.

Terms and Conditions of ticket purchase

The official and only approved ticketing partners of this show are those listed on the event website ONLY. If any tickets are bought or sold through any other platform or secondary resale company, such as Viagogo, then the event organiser reserves the right to cancel the tickets. The ticket will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE. The ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the event organiser.

This ticket must be surrendered to the event organiser upon request. If you have tickets and are unable to attend the event, then please get in touch with the ticket agent you purchased through before trying to resell any tickets through any of the aforementioned resale sites.

Do children need to pay for a ticket?

All ages welcome. 0-2 years go free (no ticket purchase necessary). For children between the ages of 3-15, there are specially priced children’s tickets available. Anyone aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+) to enter.

Who are the official ticket sellers for Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue?

Official tickets for Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue can be purchased via Eventim.

What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact the outlet you booked your tickets through, indicating your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to the T&Cs of your booking. Any queries relating to your ticket(s) should be directed to the ticket outlet you booked your tickets with originally.

Can I obtain a press pass?

Getting There

Where is the experience located?

The event takes place at Corner Corner, in Canada Water. The entrance is at the rear of the building.

The exhibition address is: Corner Corner, Maritime St, London SE16 7LL.

How do you get there?

Corner Corner’s nearest Underground station is Canada Water (Zone 2), the station can be found on the Jubilee Line and on the Windrush Line. Canada Water is a step-free station.

If you are driving

Finding free parking near Canada Water Station can often be a challenge. However, if you’re looking to park before 8am or after 6pm, there are normally a number of on-street spaces available (you are advised to pay in advance).

Where possible, we would advise traveling by public transport.

Is there bike parking available at the venue?

A limited number of cycle parking spaces can be found around Canada Water Underground Station.
